A main component of our work is a
Project Visioning effort. 

We Create a shared vision of the project with the stakeholders.  We then Crystalize the vision into a clear concept.  Finally we Communicate the vision/concept with compelling, understandable graphics and text.  This Vision is then reflected in the design of a land use plan, site plans, elevations, design vignettes of various components and illustrative graphics.  The communication and design efforts are often packaged as a Specific Plan, Master Development Plan, Design Guidelines or similar document or entitlement process.
