VISION: A Planned Multi-Use Community with a unique identity reflecting the character of hill towns in Tuscany, Italy - This design theme was based on the similarity of landforms between Tuscany and the Temescal Valley, and the beautiful way development fits on the hillsides and hill tops in Tuscany. The team took a trip to Italy to research development patterns, streetscapes and architecture.
