Campus Planning and Design

Robert Lacoss, president of PDS, has had a wide variety of experience in campus planning and school site planning in the northwest. This includes master planning, site planning and landscape architecture at Oregon Institute of Technology, Southern Oregon College, Mt. Hood Community College, and many elementary, middle schools and high school in Oregon and Washington.
